Our highly secure data center is located within a fenced compound with 24 hour surveillance, 24/7 operations, access control, video monitoring and motion sensors throughout. Our caged and locked secure rooms are designed exclusively for holding your media while we await your approval for data eradication.

Furthermore, we can provide you with live video access to the data eradication process enabling you to watch your data being destroyed. In addition, once the process is complete you will receive a detailed Statement of Work documenting the process along with a CD containing the VOLSER audit results, a letter of data eradication and an optional DVD containing the entire process. These documents provide a detail archival for your legal team and/or IT Security for future reference.
