Terms of Use Use of the Imaging Data Supplies Restricted Access Area ("IDSRAA") is for Infinity Data Solutions (“IDS") Employees and established IDS customers only. I (We) agree to use the IDSRAA site only in accordance with this Agreement. IDS may amend or terminate this Agreement at any time. 1. I (We) shall be the only authorized users of the IDSRAA site under this Agreement. I (We) agree to keep confidential and not publish, broadcast, retransmit, reproduce, commercially exploit, or otherwise re-disseminate the data, information, or services provided under this Agreement. I (We) shall be responsible for the confidentiality and use of my (our) password(s) and other security data, methods and devices. 2. I (We) agree that the IDSRAA site is the property of IDS. I (We) agree not to use the IDSRAA site except as authorized by this Agreement and, in any event, not to make it available to any third parties. 3. (We) shall immediately notify IDS if there is unauthorized use of my (our) passwords and other security data. (We) shall immediately notify IDS if an employee(s) with password access terminates his/her employment with me (us). 4. All notifications to IDS pertaining to this Agreement shall be directed to: Infinity Data Solutions If I (we) fail to notify IDS when any of the above conditions occur, neither IDS nor any of its employees, agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, nor any third parties, can or will have any responsibility or liability to me (us) or to any other person whose claim may arise through use os this site.
